Hooded Puppets, a short-lived live instrumental group, comprising Chris Lambert (bass), Kenny Kreuper (drums) and Lee Moore (saxophone), contribute on two tracks on the EP. The Hooded Puppets performed alongside Hilltop Hoods at a number of the group's early performances in Australia. The group formed in 1991 when Suffa and MC Pressure met at Blackwood High School. They were subsequently joined by DJ Debris, who they met through a mutual friend and the trio formed the basis for the group. Early on DJ Next performed all of the scratches for the group and regularly competed in the local DMC tournaments. Following the release of ''A Matter of Time'' in 1999 DJ Next chose to pursue a different career path and moved to Sydney.
